Pictographs

Horseshoe Canyon had so many pictograph panels that it gets it's own page! This is the Grand Gallery, the largest expanse of pictographs that I saw.

Lots of handprints. Some things that looks like ducks. There is also a petroglyph of a snake in the frame.

Handprints and a design.

Although brown, red and white are the most common, all kinds of colors are to be found. Yellow, and blue-green pigments are visible in this picture.

Some of the pictographs were very tiny. This little one was too cute to leave out.
