These are the sorts of views that you get within Beef Basin. Wide open plains, purple grass, dramatic sky, and dramatic rocks. It's a fine place to spend a few days. The Anasazi lived their lives in this beautiful area.

There is something interesting at the end of every spur road. This one led to a few granaries within the rock formations ahead. It also led to a prime camping location.
